Here is my dictionary of consumables broken down into food-types and then listed alphabetically.  There is a lot of information on historic uses of foodstuffs here and I will be updating it as and when I find out new facts.  I hope you enjoy reading it!

Included here is anything used in association with food or anything that was actually eaten.  You can find more plant references in my 'Medicine' pages.  I'm going to try to keep these pages limited to anything that has a reference other than a medical one.  If there is only a medical reference, it will be found on the Medicine pages and not here.
